WRONG

As the owner of a vehicle damaged in an accident, you are free to choose the shop where you wish to have your vehicle repaired. If, for example, your car has been towed to a particular facility, you are under no obligation to choose that shop for repair or refinish work. Your insurance company will inspect your vehicle at the facility of your choice.

WRONG

It is a common fallacy that 3 separate estimates are mandatory. It’s not necessary to waste your time, or that of several shops getting multiple estimates. Simply select a repair facility that offers the R-M Refinish Warranty*, and then notify your insurance agent, broker, or company. Your insurance adjuster may have to inspect the damage. This inspection can occur at an insurance drive-in claim center, or even at the shop you’ve chosen to do the work. Be sure to ask for a written damage report.
